We are pleased to be able to provide this service for free, as we work on commission basis paid by venues we introduce our clients’ business to. As part of our job, we regularly visit new and existing venues, updating our custom database with all the changes, performances and refurbishments. After all, we need to make sure the venues are what they advertise as and they are suitable for a variety of events. With an extensive portfolio of excellent venues across the UK and Europe, we make sure what we propose is exactly what you want and need.
We start our relationship by discussing your event requirements, getting a clear understanding of your needs and what you wish to achieve. We will talk to you about all the important details (numbers, dates, location, budget, etc.) so we can make a speedy start with the venues search. We will then supply you with a list of options according to your brief and will negotiate the best available rates on your behalf. Our aim is to secure the best packages and rates for every event we organise. We have built up valuable relationships throughout the venue industry and due to the amount of business we are able to place with venues on behalf of our clients, we are able to negotiate savings, driving substantial discounts compared to going direct.
We can also arrange showrounds for you should you so desire. After all pictures and brochures do not always show the venue’s full potential. Once the venue is chosen and contracted, we will continue to support you by managing all the logistics on your behalf and arranging anything else you might need such as team building, AV, photographers, etc. All that being said, if you prefer to work with the venue direct, we can simply put you in touch, hang back and just be available to guide and assist you should you need us.
